Problem Statement

Solution Statement

“Tiffany is trying to plan a trip with budget in mind, but she can’t because she always needs to switch between different websites and apps to compare prices and find the best deal. If only she had a way to find flight tickets, hotels, food, spots, and activities all on one website.”

“Ball Park is an all-in-one website that helps travelers easily plan their itinerary in the least amount of time and find the best deal for them, whether they want budget, mid-range, or luxury options. Travelers can use the website to get travel inspiration from the Surprise Me page. In addition, they can use the site to check visa status, vaccination requirements, and country safety, such as air quality, road conditions, and insect problems before they depart.”

Tiffany is having a problem with spending too much time planning itineraries.

User’s quote: “It would be more complete if I could also see the vaccination requirements.”

01

Price Range

Insight: Travelers prioritize experiences over costs, underlining the need for platforms to focus on providing inspirational trip ideas and customizable, value-driven experiences to meet their expectations.
